Abstract

This Order establishes the modalities of introduction of animals, stock enhancement of waterbodies, and acclimatization of new (alien) species and fishery reclamation of waterbodies. Stock enhancement and repopulation of waterbodies shall be integral part of complex stock enhancement arrangements in the natural and artificial waterbodies. Stock enhancement and repopulation arrangements shall be elaborated with the consideration of properties of alien species and intake capacity of waterbodies. Introduction of animals to waterbodies shall represent a particular case of acclimatization and shall be carried out exclusively by authorization of the authorized state institution. Stock enhancement and repopulation shall be classified as full cycle and gradual.
