Natural forest fire risks shall be classified in five categories: (a) extremely high; (b) high; (c) medium; (d) low; and (e) non-existent. Classification of forest fire risks depending upon weather conditions defines the degree of possibility of outbreak and propagation of forest fires on a given territory depending upon meteorological conditions that influence forest fire risks.
