This Order enters into force on 8 April 2011.
Abstract

This Order ensures that the Plant Directorate produces reports for any import of food and foodstuffs originating in or shipped from Japan after the accident at the nuclear plant in Fukushima. It shall verify that statements and results of any controls are in accordance with the EU regulations thereof.
