It consists of 3 articles specifying fisheries restrictions to be observed in order to protect these mollusc species establishing the following size and quota according to the different species: (Callistes chione) = 50 mm.; (Donax spp.) = 25 mm. Within southern areas = maximum dairy quota of these molluscs is fixed in 200 kg/vessel.
