This Order enters into force on the date of its official publication.
Abstract

This Order establishes that the national Forest Fund is subject to high level risk of forest fires and its protection against forest fires is a moral duty of every citizen. Forest fire safety rules shall be mandatory for all central and local state executive bodies, enterprises, institutions and organizations irrespectively of the form of ownership and citizens staying in forests for any reason. This Order sets forth forest fire safety requirements in order to ensure forest protection against fires. Fire safety in the forest must be ensured by means of planned preventive measures, operative detection and liquidation of forest fires on the territory of the forest area managed by enterprise, organization, institution. Immediate measures for protecting forests against fires, their extinguishment and registration shall be the competence of permanent forest users. Terms of participation of temporary forest users in the implementation of fire protection measures shall be determined by forest management contract.
