Abstract

This Sanitary and Epidemiological Rules and Regulations shall be applicable to manufacturing of beer and beverages and shall regulate processing, storage, use of food additives, packaging and bottling of vegetable oils. Only technological equipment authorized for use on the national territory shall be used in the process of manufacturing, bottling, packaging and labelling of produce. Technological process shall envisage use of continuous mechanized technological lines for processing of oilseeds. Equipment and storage reservoirs shall be constructed with materials authorized for use on the national territory. Air preheated for the temperature of 30°C shall be used for drying of oilseeds. Transportation of alimentary vegetable oils shall be carried out in cisterns and metal barrels destined for vegetable seeds and have the required labelling. Vegetable oils shall be processed in accordance with the present sanitary requirements and shall be stored in closed reservoirs before bottling.
