This Order establishes: (a) types of authorized fisheries; (b) rates of output for fish products, including hardroe, and fishing seasons; (c) restrictions on fisheries, including fisheries management, prohibited fishing areas, gear and methods, and allowed bycatch; and (d) requirements for the conservation of aquatic biological resources subject to fishing.
