It specifies that all potatoes originating from Egypt must satisfy specific requirements in compliance with EU Commission Decision No. 96/301/EU. Such potatoes may be delivered only in the ports of Lisbon and Leixoes, accompanied by relative documentation, a minimum of 48 hours in advance, to the competent authorities.
