Abstract

This Order regulates catch and marketing of certain fish species into the Araguaia and Tocantins River basin. It consists of 4 articles prohibiting the exploitation of certain fish species below authorized minimum sizes (specified in the text) into the aforementioned river basin. It prescribes sanctions to be paid by offenders in compliance with Decree-Law No. 221 of 28 February 1967 and Act No. 7.679 of 23 November 1988.
