This Order enters into force within 10 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
Abstract

This Order establishes the procedure for transfer of waterbodies for commercial fishing into the category of fishery waterbodies and (or) areas destined for fishfarming (aquaculture). Aquaculture shall be classified in two types: cage culture fishery and lake fishery. For lake fishery shall be allotted separate (isolated) waterbodies or parts thereof populated by low-value species with low fish productivity. For cage culture fishery shall be destined separate parts of fishing waterbodies (bays, coastal salt lakes) protected against winds and courses. Transfer waterbodies for commercial fishing into the category of fishery waterbodies and (or) areas destined for fishfarming (aquaculture) shall be authorized in the presence of biological substantiation by accredited scientific organization in the field of protection, reproduction and management of wildlife and positive conclusion of state environmental audit. Annexes contain application form and authorization for transfer form.
