This Order enters into force on 1 July 2022.
Abstract

Planning activities for the prevention of infectious animal diseases carried out in order to prevent the occurrence and spread of infectious animal diseases, as well as the introduction of new, rare and (or) not previously encountered in the territory of the Russian Federation of infectious animal diseases and aims to address the following tasks: (a) animal protection; (b) prevention of the emergence and spread of infectious animal diseases; (c) provision of constituent entities of the Russian Federation with veterinary drugs and diagnostic means for veterinary use. Anti-epizootic measures consist of: (a) diagnostic studies; (b) preventive vaccination; and (c) therapeutic and prophylactic treatment. Anti-epizootic measures are being taken in accordance with the consolidated plan of anti-epizootic measures approved for the forthcoming calendar year by federal executive body exercising the functions for public policy development and legal framework regulation in the field of agro-industrial complex, including veterinary medicine.
