The Order applies mainly to food of animal origin or with ingredients of animal origin but certain provisions apply also to food of vegetable origin. The Order also applies to animals, which are delivered for slaughter. "Reference to organic production here means the suggestion that the food is produced in accordance with provisions of the Organic Food Act of 1999.
