This Order enters into force on the date of its official publication.
Abstract

This Order sets forth the modalities of reporting on administrative offences in forests by the officials of the State Committee of Forest Resources. The reports shall be drawn up in the place where the offence is detected in duplicate, one of which is submitted to the person who is being brought to administrative liability. In case of impossibility to make it at the place of commission of the offence, if the drafting of the protocol is mandatory, officials of the forestry authorities may deliver the offender (s) to the competent authorities. In case of the impossibility to identify the offender (the offender abandons the place of the event) an official of the forestry authority shall draw up an act of inspection of the place of offence (place of violation of forest legislation).
