Abstract

This Regulation establishes maximum permissible limits of emissions of pollutants from equipment (installation) for manufacturing of steel (primary and secondary melting), including continuous flow, the productivity of which exceeds 2.5 tons per hour (oxygen converters). It also sets limits for concentration of hazardous substances in emissions. These technological norms establish current and long-term standards for permissible emission of pollutants into the atmospheric air from stationary installations projected for direct manufacturing of steel and, in particular, oxygen converters.
