Zoned forest seeds shall be harvested within a forest zone area where they are used or from other forest seed zone authorized for use in a giver forest seed zone. Forest seed zone-originator of forest species seeds shall be specified in the document certifying plant variety and sowing qualities of forest species seeds. Zoned forest species seeds shall be used for the following purposes: (a) growing of planting material; (b) artificial or combined reforestation; (c) planting of forest seeds and other of timber and shrub plantations; (d) formation of federal and reserve seed stock of forest species; (e) afforestation; (f) planting of greenery; and (g) other purposes.
