Abstract

This Regulation establishes the procedure for recreational activities within the areas and objects of the Nature Reserve Fund of Ukraine regulated by contracts. Recreational activity shall be intended activity carried out with the aim of restoring the mental, spiritual and physical strength of people by creating conditions for their general health and educational recreation. Recreational resources shall be intended objects, phenomena and processes of natural and anthropogenic origin that can be used for the organization of recreational activities. Tourist route shall be intended a specially equipped path for tourists and recreationists, which is laid, marked and arranged in order to demonstrate the most attractive natural, health, aesthetic, historical and cultural and other values. The main types of recreational activities within the territories and objects of the Nature Reserve Fund are the organization of recreation, recreational and sport fishing, various types of tourism: children's, youth, family, for the elderly, for persons with disabilities, cultural-educational, medical rehabilitation, sports, religious, ecological (green), rural, underwater, mountain, adventure, automotive, amateur.
