Abstract The present Order, adopted by the Ministry of Health, lays down rules on the cultivation of cannabis for medicinal use in Denmark and the production of cannabis bulk and cannabis raw materials derived from cannabis cultivated within the country, as well as the export of cannabis bulk and cannabis raw materials. It applies to companies that have obtained an authorization for the production of cannabis bulk and cannabis raw materials, according to Article 9 of Act No. 1668 on a pilot scheme for medicinal cannabis. The Order regulares procedural matters for obtaining an authorization under Article 9 of Act No. 1668. The production and cultivation of cannabis bulk and cannabis raw materials shall meet the requirements laid down in Article 10.
