This Order enters into force on 1 January 2022.
Abstract

The present Order, adopted by the Ministry of Health, lays down rules on the manufacturing of intermediate cannabis products based on imported or domestically produced cannabis raw materials, as well as the inclusion of intermediate cannabis products on the Danish Medicines Agency's list, as regulated under Act No. 1668 on a pilot scheme for medicinal cannabis. The Order outlines specific requirements and procedures for the production, labelling, packaging, and distribution of these cannabis intermediate products within the framework of the medicinal cannabis program.
