The present Order, adopted by the Ministry of Health, lays down rules on pharmacies' production of cannabis end products, as defined in Article 3 of Act No. 1668 on a pilot scheme for medicinal cannabis. Only pharmacies and pharmacy branches are authorized to produce cannabis end products. The Order prohibits the production of such products by pharmacy outlets. Pharmacies are required to ensure the quality of their production of cannabis end products through documenting its quality assurance, including describing responsibilities, document handling, procedures, and risk management measures related to the production of cannabis finished products. Pharmacies shall ensure that the production of cannabis end products complies with the provisions of Act No. 1668 and with the provisions of this Order.
