Abstract This Order validates the Regulation on the Commission for granting the right to subsoil use of hydrocarbons. The main task of the Commission is to determine the winner from among the participants of the auction for subsoil use rights for exploration and mining of hydrocarbons on the basis of the register of the results of electronic auctions. The Commission performs the following functions: (a) acknowledgement of the winner of the auction on the basis of the register of the results of electronic auctions; (b) cancellation of the auction on the grounds established by Article 99 of Code on Subsoil and Subsoil Management (Law No. 125-VI ZRK); and (c) repeals auction results on the grounds stipulated by Article 101 of Code on Subsoil and Subsoil Management (Law No. 125-VI ZRK).
