Order No. 246-P of the Minister of Environmental Protection validating the Methodical Instruction on licensing environmentally hazardous activities.

This Order establishes that for import and export of ozone depleting substances shall be issued once-only licences for the period of one year with the obligation to submit annual reports on the amount of imported/exported ozone depleting substances.
