This Order enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Order is composed of two Chapters, six articles and several Annexes. It regulates the maximum quantity allowed in fishery products of substances dangerous for the human health, such as mercury and plumb. The annexes provide the criteria to calculate the amount of these substance present in fish products.
