This Order enters into force 10 calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
Abstract

This Order establishes classification of natural and man-made emergency situations. An emergency situation of a natural and man-made nature is classified as pertaining to a facility if, as a result of an accident, disaster or catastrophe, the emergency zone does not extend beyond the territory of the facility, and one of the following consequences has occurred or may occur: (a) death of more than 5, but not more than 10 people ; (b) violation of the living conditions of the population of more than 50, but not more than 100 people; and (c) the amount of material damage to human health, the environment and economic facilities ranges from five to fifteen thousand monthly calculation indices.
