It consists of six annexes: Daily nutrition standards for one patient at medical facilities (1); Instruction on organization of nutrition at medical facilities (2); Charter on doctor-dietician (3); Charter on nurse-dietician (4); Rules for issuing diet prescriptions for patients (5); and Rules for maintaining food quality at medical facilities (6). The purpose of the Order is to protect the patient’s rights and ensure food safety.
