Abstract

This Order validates the form of checklist (questionnaire used by officials of the territorial bodies of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision in the process of veterinary inspection of slaughtering of animals, processing and trade of raw materials of animal origin (Annex 1); the form of checklist (questionnaire used by officials of the territorial bodies of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision in the process of veterinary inspection of breeding, fattening, keeping and transportation of cattle (Annex 2); the form of checklist (questionnaire used by officials of the territorial bodies of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision in the process of veterinary inspection of breeding, fattening, keeping and transportation of swine (Annex 3); the form of checklist (questionnaire used by officials of the territorial bodies of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision in the process of veterinary inspection of breeding and keeping of poultry in private citizens’ households and in poultry farms of open type (Annex 4); the form of checklist (questionnaire used by officials of the territorial bodies of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision in the process of veterinary inspection of breeding and keeping of poultry in poultry farms of closed type (Annex 5); the form of checklist (questionnaire used by officials of the territorial bodies of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision in the process of veterinary inspection of breeding and keeping of honey bees and apiculture products (Annex 6); and the form of checklist (questionnaire used by officials of the territorial bodies of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision in the process of veterinary inspection of manufacturing of fish products (Annex 7).
