Abstract

Item 13.4.4 shall be amended to add the following wording: “In case of fisheries (catch) of protected aquatic biological resources, excess of bycatch of aquatic biological resources under minimum commercial fisheries size, excess of authorized bycatch of aquatic biological resources for which total allowable catch is not established and for which Fisheries Regulations establish commercial fisheries size, the aforesaid aquatic biological resources must be released to their natural environment with the minimum harm irrespectively of the state thereof”.
