The Order enters into force on 1 October 1999.
Abstract

This Order establishes the method of calculation of emission of carbon dioxide to the atmosphere from thermal power plants and boiler plants. It shall be compulsory for all legal and natural persons operating on the national territory. Average emission data submitted by enterprises for reporting period (quarter, half year, nine months, year) shall be taken into consideration for the calculation of gross emissions for reporting period.
