Abstract This Order regulates the capture of ghost crab ('Ucides cordatus' species) in the State of Bahia. It consists of 5 articles establishing authorized conditions for catching this crab species (prohibiting transport and marketing of every singular crab part: arms, legs, claws, etc.). Controls on such sector shall be under the competence of Ibama. It also establishes sanctions to be paid by offenders in compliance with Decree-Law No. 221 of 28 February 1967 and Act No. 7.679 of 23 November 1988. Full text Portuguese
