This Order enters into force on the date of its official publication.
Abstract

Requirements for the manufacturing of cognac and liquors for cognac technology commit a business entity to have: (a) the right to use premises and equipment for the manufacturing of cognac (fruit) spirits, cognac and (or) alcoholic beverages by cognac technology, for conditions that the use of such premises and equipment is performed by only one business entity management; (b) specially equipped premises (shops) for the production of cognac (fruit) spirits alcohol (fruit), its maturation, the production of cognac and (or) alcoholic beverages by cognac technology, the use of which for other purposes is prohibited (except spill and transportation); (c) qualified staff; (d) quality assessment laboratory; and (e) license.
