Abstract

This Order establishes that testing of grain quality shall be carried out by laboratories accredited by the authorized state certification and standardization authority. A grain quality certificate shall be issued for each homogeneous lot of grain to be shipped to a single address, transported by a single means of transport or intended for simultaneous storage. The certificates shall be issued in accordance with the outcome of testing. Grain expertise shall include: (a) inspection of conveyances (or storage facilities); (b) sample selection; (c) testing; and (d) legalization of grain quality certificates.
