This Order enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Order establishes the prohibition to perform commercial fishing within: Aporema, Tracajatuba and Araguari Rivers. It consists of 7 articles specifying that within the aforementioned rivers only artisanal fishing is allowed and specifies fishing gear to be used (hand-line fishing, authorized mesh fishing net, etc.). Performing fishing activity with prohibited gear (listed in the text) shall be punished by law.
