Abstract

This Order validates the Methodology of assessment of the amount and species composition of the objects of aquaculture subject to fishfarming and (or) keeping, growing and release to waterbody and removal out of waterbody within the boundaries of fishfarming area. It shall be used as guidelines by the Federal Fisheries Agency or its territorial bodies in the process of organization and conduct of auction for conclusion of contract for management of fishfarming plot for the purpose of pasturable and industrial aquaculture. As criteria for assessment of species composition of aquaculture objects shall be uses criteria of long-term average annual salinity of water, minimum and maximum surface water temperature over the last 30 years, and minimum stage of flow in the watercource over the last 30 years.
