Abstract This Order amends Order No. 24/2009, fixing the maximum permissible levels of cadmium, lead, mercury, inorganic tin, benzopyrenes, dioxins (PCDD/PCDF) and PCB in the edible parts of fishery products, intended for human consumption. In addition, it establishes collection and analysis methods for the official control, amending the part concerning the permissible maximum cadmium content of some species of fish.
