Abstract This Order approves the Regulation for the Municipal Territorial Plan of Santa Catarina do Fogo (PDM). The Regulation, consisting of 6 Title and 7 Annexes, divided in 71 articles, establishes the administrative and legal regime for use, occupation and transformation of the entire territory of the Municipality of Catarina do Fogo. The Regulation specifies licence requirements, approvals and authorizations to be submitted to the competent authority.
