This Order enters into force on the date of signature.
Abstract

This Order establishes that the State Inspection Committee in agro-industrial complex subordinated to the Ministry of Agriculture shall be authorized state institution performing regulatory, supervisory and control functions in the sphere of agro-industrial complex related to plant quarantine, regulation of grain market and pedigree stockbreeding. The Committee shall perform the following duties: (a) implementation of state policy in the sphere of plant quarantine; (b) sets forth qualification requirements for state plant quarantine inspectors; (c) ensures implementation of international norms and requirements in the sphere of plant quarantine; (d) distributes on the national territory pesticides purchased with public funds; (e) performs services related to storage, transport and application of pesticides for carrying out plant quarantine arrangements; and (f) issues phytosanitary and quarantine certificates for produce subject to quarantine inspection.
