Abstract

Chief Veterinary Directorate of the Ministry of Agriculture, for the purpose of prevention of the manufacturing of injurious foodstuffs of animal origin harmful to human health and spreading of infectious animal diseases order to inspect enterprises carrying out slaughtering of cattle (poultry) and processing products of animal origin for the purpose of checking the compliance thereof with veterinary and sanitary rules and regulations. Enterprises that have passed inspection shall be issued state veterinary certificates (Annex). Veterinary and sanitary expertise of slaughtered animals and products of animal origin shall be carried out exclusively by state veterinary and sanitary inspectors.
