Abstract This Order consisting of 22 articles and 1 Annex, approves the assistance regime to Wine Products for 2013 internal market. It regulates the requirements to give assistance for promoting wine products, financed according to article 11 of Decree-Law No. 94/2012. The Wine and Vine Institution is the competent organisation for the coordination and supervision of the promotion referred within in order to optimize the use of public funds. It establishes requirements to be satisfied in order to benefit from such financial assistance.
