Natural persons, business entities and organizations must submit the application together with land management plan to the competent public authority in the field of land protection. The following criteria shall be taken into consideration in the process of issuance of land use permit: (a) guarantee of financial capability for implementation of the project; (b) banking documentation attesting lack of debts with bank and taxation body; (c) compliance of project with protected areas management objectives; and (d) certificate with the authorization for tourism in protected areas. Selected land areas granted for land use shall be subject to constant monitoring by the administration of protected areas with a view of environmental impact assessment and application of environmental protection and rehabilitation measures.
