Order No. 216 of the Federal Fisheries Committee regarding improvement of protection, stock enhancement and rational use of aquatic biological resources of the Caspian sea.

The President of the Federal Fisheries Committee, for the purpose of improvement of protection, stock enhancement and rational use of aquatic biological resources of the Caspian sea, orders to attach to the North-Caspian basin institution for the protection, stock enhancement and fisheries regulation the status of leading basin institution in the Caspian sea. The North-Caspian basin institution is entitled with the following functions: 1) coordination and organization of the arrangements for the
