Abstract: This Regulation approves the Regulation for «Prospection and Research applied to Fisheries». It consists of 13 articles establishing the requirements to be satisfied in order to benefit from incentives to be issued to this project which aims are: to improve the scientific knowledge on oceans, on marine and aquatic resources, on technology of catch, production, conservation and treatment of marine and aquaculture products, etc. The project shall be under the Programme for the Sustainable Development of the Fisheries Sector (MARE).
