Abstract This Order approves the Regulation for the Urban Development Plan of Achada Monte (PDU-AM) within the Municipality of São Miguel. The Regulation, consisting of 5 Chapters and 1 Annex, establishes the administrative and legal regime for use, occupation and transformation of the territory of Achada Monte urban area. The Regulation specifies licence requirements, approvals and authorizations to be submitted to the competent authority. Annex lays down the plant of the area that shall be governed by this Regulation. The above mentioned PDU-AM has a duration period of 12 years.
