This Order enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Order approves the Regulation on the Tourism Planning of the Integrated Tourism Development Area of “Santa Mónica”(ZDTI). This Regulation, consisting of 8 Chapters and several geographical maps, establishes a set of natural heritage solutions, for urban and touristic development within Santa Mónica area in order to diversify the economic sector of the island. It aims at promoting a rational territorial and land use management, a balanced socio-economic development and a touristic development. The Annexes provide geographical maps and environmental description of tourism areas.
