Abstract

This Regulation establishes the procedure for the use of springs in protected areas. It shall be applicable to mineral springs, hot steam, thermal and medicinal waters to be used in conformity with protection regime of protected areas. The aforesaid springs and water shall be subject to sustainable use. Local communities shall be granted the right to use mineral water in protected areas and national parks subject to issuance of authorization and payment of fees.
