Abstract

Animal species listed in Appendix 1 may not be kept privately, as they may be dangerous or difficult to keep in adherence to a friendly and correct animal welfare. Fines will be applied for non-compliance with these regulations. For those who, at the time of entry into force of this Order, are in lawful possession of one or more of animals listed in the Appendix, shall be authorized to keep these on the condition that they have been reported to the Food & Drug Administration within 3 months after the entry into force of the document; that the animals are marked or identified; that measures are taken in order ot ensure animals cannot reproduce; and that the notification shall be accompanied by evidence that these conditions are of satisfaction.
