Abstract

This Order identifies and classifies areas relevant for drinking water resources, according to Section 11a, paragraph 1 of the Water Supply Act. It contains 5 Annexes with maps indicating the location of the geographical areas covered according to their classification. The Ministry of Environment may lay down rules for the administration of the designated areas.
