The Measures comes into force on 15 January 2015.
Abstract

The purpose of these Measures is to strengthen the management of poultry business, prevent and control the occurrence and spread of infectious diseases, protect public health. The Text consists of 34 Articles divided into 6 Chapters: General Provisions (I); Live Poultry Business Administration (II); Production Management of Fresh Poultry Products (III); Safety Risk Management (IV); Legal Liabilities(V); Supplementary Provisions(VI).
