Order No. 204 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology validating the Regulation on issuance of hunting permits, except for hunting and catch of biological diversity in protected areas and rare and endangered species recorded in the Red Book of the Russian Federation.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of issuance of hunting permits by the regional executive bodies. Applicants shall be natural persons recorded in state hunting register. Upon examination of the application the issuing body shall be authorized to issue a hunting permit to the applicant or to refuse issuance thereof. The applicants shall have the right to appeal against the officials of the issuing authority.
