This Order enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Order, consisting of 10 articles, establishes the procedures for collecting samplings to carry out analysis of contaminating micro-organisms and toxins in mollusks and algae. In particular, it establishes criteria, standards and methodology to be implemented by the National Network of Laboratories RENAQUA for the analysis and monitoring of these samplings of bivalve mollusks and certain species of microalgae who are potentially producers of toxins.
