Entry into force notes
This Order enters into force on 16 March 2011 and automatically repeals on 16 March 2013.
Abstract

This Order applies to Danish commercial fishing with Danish-registered vessels in regards to the use of acoustic deterrent devices. These acoustic alarms must be positioned at a maximum distance of 455 meters along the yarn between two audible alarms. This to prevent incidental catches.
