State nature reserve “Purinskiy” shall be located in the Krasnoyarsk area. Reserve shall have the following purposes: (a) conservation, protection and reproduction of biological diversity and maintenance of ecological balance; (b) conservation of natural habitats and migration routes of wild animals; (c) research; (c) ecological monitoring; and (d) ecological education. The following activities shall be prohibited on the territory of reserve: (a) all types of hunting and fisheries; (b) drainage and land reclamation; (c) transit passage of cattle and grazing; (d) mining; (e) application of chemicals and fertilizers; (f) waste disposal; and (g) introduction and acclimatization of living organisms.
